The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms, which were perfect for my New Year stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby convenience stores. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable.
The hotel lacked activities and entertainment options in the surrounding area. There was not much to do at night, and I found myself bored and looking for alternative options.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent facilities including free wifi and a large screen TV, convenient location near the airport, and nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room itself was excellent, with a large screen TV and free wifi. It was also very clean and comfortable. the hotel's location was convenient, with small restaurants and a convenience store just a block away.
That some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made things a bit challenging at times. There was also some confusion about my reservation, but this was eventually resolved with the help of an English-speaking staff member.
